Project Inception and Feasibility

Over the years, Al Hamra Engineering Consultants through wide-ranging experience have been able to understand the client’s objectives, requirements and established priorities and criteria thus have become better placed in dealing with all range of design challenges.

Preliminary Design

This involves the preparation of sketch proposals highlighting client’s requirements and criteria, thereby generating critical information required for the engagement of relevant consultants.

Approval of Drawings form Government Authority

When the owner of the project meets his final wants of Architectural requirements, then our expert team starts producing the Structural, Electrical, Telephone and Water Supply & Sanitary Drawings. And then, we apply for the approval of drawing from related Authorities.

Cost Estimating & Contract

After getting initial approval of Architectural from the client, we prepare the specification for different materials considering the client’s expectation & engineering requirements. Then we float the Tender to the RAK Municipality registered contractors. Within the promised time, we collect the quotations and expose them in front of the project Owner.

Project Supervision

Al Hamra Engineering Consultant’s involvement at this level of project development entails management and supervision to ensure compliance with contract terms and attainment of an acceptable level of quality. In project management the Client’s interest is of paramount essence while being fair to other parties.
